My name is Brittanie Brooks Nichols, and I earned my law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts. I founded AllBrooks Law, P.C., to provide dedicated legal advocacy for members of the animal community—breeders, handlers and the animals themselves.

Animals have always been a central part of my life. From a young age I’ve owned, rescued, fostered, and cared for a wide range of animals throughout my life; including ducks, pigs, parrots, goats, horses, cats, and dogs; with each holding a special place in my heart. I started handling and showing dogs at the age of eight and began competing in dressage events with my horse at the age of twelve. Needless to say, my passion and love for the animal community is what drives my practice. 

My path to founding AllBrooks Law, P.C., became clear after a pivotal case in 2025. While working for a general practice, civil litigation law firm, I represented a respected local dog breeder whose reputation and business were threatened by a puppy buyer making serious allegations about a puppy my Breeder had sold her. The Buyer began publicly defaming the Breeder and her Breeding Program online. The Buyer also demanded a full refund of the puppy price and full compensation for a large sum of medical bills the Buyer asserted were incurred as a result of an alleged genetic defect. By challenging the claims and demanding proper evidence, I was able to prove the allegations were unfounded. The puppy wasn't suffering from a genetic defect, but instead had been neglected and was sick as a result. In the end I was able to prove my breeder had not sold the buyer a puppy with a genetic defect and that the puppy was healthy when it left her breeding program. Ultimately, I was able to help my Breeder avoid a prolonged and expensive legal battle, saving her time, money and a great deal of stress. The reputation of her breeding program was preserved, justice prevailed and the Buyer, at their own expense, was made to provide the puppy with the medical care it needed and deserved,  

That experience highlighted a major gap in the legal world: breeders and animal professionals often lack knowledgeable legal representation that truly understands their industry. AllBrooks Law P.C., was created to fill that gap—combining legal expertise with my lifelong commitment to animals.
